REFUND POLICY

To ensure fairness and flexibility, we have implemented the following refund policy:

Colour Analysis (in-person):

• Cancellations made 74 hours or more prior to the booking time: You will receive a full refund (100%) or may request up to 2 changes to your booking.

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the booking time: You will receive a 50% refund and may request 1 change to your booking.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time or no-shows: No refunds or changes will be granted.

• Refund or exchanges are not available on services once the services have commenced.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but we kindly request your understanding regarding our refund policy. Please plan your appointments accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

Colour Palettes are not refundable.

​

Digital Colour Analysis and Style Consultation are not refundable. However, you may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling.
